ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners in respect of any complaint against R.Selvakumar viz., the husband of the 1st petitioner and father of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents would submit that the first petitioner's husband, Selvakumar was declared as a proclaimed offender in CC No.657 of 2019 on the file of JM-II, Erode. Since the first petitioner's husband was declared as a proclaimed offender, the respondents have enquired the petitioners with regard to the whereabouts of the petitioners earlier. Now the case in CC No.657 of 2019 has been closed on account of long pendency and the respondents are not harassing the petitioners.
