Advocate (Crl.Side) that the offences were altered from Sections 87, 115(2) of BNS, 9(i), 9(m), 10 of POCSO Act to 87, 115(2) BNS, 9(i), 9(m), 10 POCSO Act, 3(2)(va), 3(1)(w)(i) of SC/ST Act. Since SC/ST Act has been added, this petition is not maintainable.

2. In view of the above submissions, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition before the Concerned Special Count in accordance with provisions of the SC/ST Act. 15.12.2025 mpa To
