This application has been filed to condone the delay of 185 days in filing the present Review Application relating to the judgment and decree dated 23.04.2025 passed in C.S.No.45 of 2025 as modified on 28.08.2025.

2. Mr.Sharath Chandran, learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
