PRAYER directing the respondents to survey the land in Survey No. 567/7B at Kamandoddi Village, Shoolagiri taluk, Krishnagiri district identify and demarcate the boundaries of the land by considering the petitioners representation dated 11.11.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation dated 11.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since the petitioner had submitted only a representation on 11.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application by paying necessary charges with the respondents to enable them to survey and demarcate the boundaries as prayed for by the petitioner.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 3 and 5. Mr.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2, 4 and 6.

4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the said request for survey and demarcate the boundaries, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the fifth respondent deems fit to put on notice and after hearing their objections, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a)The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application by paying necessary charges with the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

(b)On receipt of the said online application, before surveying the lands in question, the fifth respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. (c)After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fifth respondent shall conduct

survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

(d) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the fifth respondent, the sixth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
