ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2023, to accept her Demand Draft towards electricity charges and not to disconnect electricity supply. 2.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders. 3.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.04.2023, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of

a copy of this order.
