When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking quashment

of the FIR in Crime No.120 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, through e-filing bearing No.LTN20220002039C202500146 on 23.05.2025.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed, since nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
