Ms.J.R.Archana, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Order This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.31672 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025 passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three __________Page 1 of 4

weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are residents of Salem District and that they were falsely implicated in another case arising out of the same subject matter in Crime No.466 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ethappur Police Station. He further submitted that the petitioners were enlarged on bail in Crl.O.P.No.31670 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(c), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31672 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Attur Town Police Station, Salem District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
