Ms.J.R.Archana, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Order This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31671 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail in the following crime numbers:

Crime No.466 of 2025 ( Ethappur Police Station, Salem District) Crime No.432 of 2025 ( Vaazhapadi Police Station, Salem District) __________Page 1 of 4

3. He further submitted that, in respect of Crime No.466 of 2025, bail was granted in Crl.O.P.No.31670 of 2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the Ethappur Police Station, Salem District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. In connection with another case in Crime No.432 of 2025, in Crl.O.P.No.31671 of 2025, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Vaazhapadi Police Station, Salem District, daily at 10.30. a.m., for a period of three weeks. Since the petitioner was directed to appear two different police stations at the same time, he has filed the present petition seeking modification of the said conditions.

4. I have gone through the directions issued earlier and considered the submissions made. Since the petitioner cannot be directed to appear before two different police stations at the same time, the condition is liable to be modified. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear only before the Ethappur Police Station, Salem District, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. __________Page 2 of 4
