ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Mudukalatur Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30939 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30939 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
