ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025, seeking for issuance of computer patta in favour of the
petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025, seeking for issuance of computer patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire.
