Challenging the impugned order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.P.No.1794 of 2023 by the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai, the Revision Petitioner/respondent had preferred this Civil Revision Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of Revision Petitioner. The learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that so far, the revision petitioner has not complied the conditional order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this court.

3. Recording her submissions stating that the revision petitioner has not complied the order passed by this court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the respondent wife to recover the maintenance before the trial court in the manner known to law. No costs.
