2.Since the issue involved in these writ petitions are one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the husband of the petitioner in W.P.No.48998 of 2025 and the petitioners in the other writ petitions are employees of the respondents 3 and 5 and they were initially appointed as casual labourers and thereafter their services were regularised with effect from their initial date of appointment and salary was not paid to them from February, 2018 onwards. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to disburse arrears of salary, due to them and all other benefits, within a reasonable time.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader (P) submitted that the eligible and entitled arrears of salary will be disbursed to the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further submitted that if the amount is not disbursed a reasoned order will be passed by the respondents, so as to enable the petitioners to work out their remedy before the competent Labour Court in the manner known to law.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader (P), this Court directs the respondents to disburse 5/8

the eligible dues to the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the amount is not disbursed, the respondents shall pass individual reasoned order/s, so as to enable the petitioners to work out their remedy before the competent Labour Court in the manner known to law. 6.The writ petitions are disposed of.

No costs.
