ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 requesting to correct survey number in the patta for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that in patta No.360, survey No.443/12 should be deleted, and thereafter, the said survey number should be included in patta No.1030. For the said purpose, the petitioner had made a representation dated 22.03.2025 with the second respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ __________Page 2 of 4
petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation 22.03.2025 seeking for deletion of survey No.443/12 in patta No.360 and include the same in patta No.1030, for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing objections from the third respondent as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
