ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.06.2025, seeking bail in Spl.S.C.No.118 of 2025 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, in Crime No.21 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections

5(l), 5(m), 6 of POCSO Act and Section 127(2), 332(b), 65(2) and 76 of BNS.

2. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 28.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32719 of 2025. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
