ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Thirupathur to dispose of the counter claim filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.5 of 2021 in O.S.No.180 of 2019, within a time, fixed by this court.

2. As per the earlier direction issued by this court, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirupathur, in her letter dated 30.01.2026 in Dis.No.85/2026 submitted his remarks stating that the first respondent/plaintiff was set exparte in the counter claim and he filed an application to set aside the exparte order. It is further stated by the learned Subordinate Judge that the petitioner herein filed an application in I.A.No.6 of 2022 to receive additional documents and the same is pending for disposal. The learned Judge in her remarks further stated that if both the parties extend their full cooperation, the

matter can be disposed of within a period of six months.

3. In the light of the remarks submitted by the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirupathur, this court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirupathur to dispose of the counter claim in I.A.No.5 of 2021 in O.S.No.180 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
