PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure to allow this appeal by set-aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No.15 of 2014, dated 29.10.2014, on the file of Sub-ordinate Court, Mannargudi which confirms the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.91 of 2009, dated 30.08.2013 thereby dismiss the suit in O.S.No.91 of 2009 on the file of District Munsif, Thiruthuraipoondi.

JUDGMENT
