PRAYER directing the respondents, particularly, the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and measure the subject property, situated at Aryagoundanpatti village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, comprised in (a) Grama Natham S.No.37/18 (Old S.No.37/6), to an extent of 1173 sq.ft. and (b) Grama Natham S.No.37/16 (Old S.No.37/6) to an extent of 595 sq.ft and in all totaling to extent of 1765 sq.ft through the head survey to fix the boundaries. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her representation dated 21.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted her representation dated 21.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 2 and 3 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 7 and 8, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 7 and 8, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
