ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.08.2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's appeal dated 07.08.2025 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third and fourth respondents, notice to the third and fourth respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 07.08.2025.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 07.08.2025 filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by adhering to the principles of natural justice after hearing the objections of the

third and fourth respondents as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire. No Costs.
