This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents -1 and 2 to take action against the respondent 3 on the basis of representation sent by petitioner dated 15.5.2025 within time as stipulated by this Court to respondents 1, 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
