ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 30.09.2022, 28.02.2023, 05.04.2023, 17.06.2023 and 17.11.2025 and issue the death certificate of his grandfather Late Murugan, to safeguard and protect his ancestral property. 2.Ms.P.Aiswarya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6, would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders. 3.Considering the limited nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, let the 4th respondent consider the representations of the petitioner, latest dated 17.11.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
