2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi District on every working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
