ORDER
This writ petitioner has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025 seeking police protection to the petitioner and his workmen to clean and remove the bushes / vegetation of the property comprised in S.No.180/1A under patta No.486, situated at Jagir Ammapalayam Village, Salem District.
2. On receipt of the said complaint, the fourth respondent conducted an enquiry and found that civil suits are pending between the petitioner and the defacto complainants, namely the respondents 5 to 7 herein. The petitioner submitted the representation in order to provide peaceful possession of the property with police protection. Thereafter, the complaint was enquired and
closed.
3. In view of the said submission this Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for appropriate relief. No costs. 17-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MTL To
