Accordingly, the Petitioner is directed to effect paper publication for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 in any one of the Tamil News Papers, namely, Dinamalar/Dinakaran/The Hindu Tamil, having wide circulation in the locality concerned, notifying the hearing date fixed on 30.01.2026. Such paper publication shall be effected on or before 15.01.2026.
