JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the decree and judgment made in A.S.No.168 of 2010 on the file of the V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 25.01.2011 reversing the judgment and decree made in O.S.No. 2697 of 2008 on the file of the III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 03.08.2009.
