c) To direct that the cost of this application to come from the funds of the company in liquidation.

ORDER

This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator with the following prayer:-

a) To extend the period for disbursement of dividend for a further period of six months, for the reasons mentioned in para 5 of this report b) To permit the Official Liquidator to transfer the unpaid dividend, if any, to the Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, Coimbatore as required under section 555(1) and (3) of the Companies Act, 1956 after expiry of the extended period of six months.
