This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this Second Appeal, the mother of the petitioner died and the same has to be shown in the cause title. It is his further submission that the second and fifth respondents have attained majority and they have to to be brought on record. Hence, the present petition with the aforesaid relief.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is Ordered.
