(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan,J) This petition is filed praying to condone the delay of 642 days in filing the present Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 30.10.2023 passed in S.C.No.332 of 2021 on the file of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Upon hearing both sides and on a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the condone-delay-petition, and on being satisfied with the same, this condone-delay-petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
