ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.957 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

The first respondent has registered a FIR in Crime No.957 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) IPC as against four accused persons. The petitioner before this Court has been arrayed as A2. The entire allegations made in the FIR pertains to the transaction that is said to have taken place between the defacto complainant and A1. A1 has been assisted in the said transaction by A2 to A4. The allegations made in the FIR are serious in nature and it requirs an investigation by the respondent police. the petitioner will come to light only after the completion of the investigation by the police. The grounds raised by the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR are all factual in nature and this Court sitting under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., cannot conduct a mini investigation. It is better left to the respondent police to investigate and file a final report. This Court does not find any merits in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
