ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his representation, dated 26.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit. Page No.2 of 4

Accordingly, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.09.2025, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 2nd respondent shall issue separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The 2nd respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
