Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order dated 05.01.2018 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.29 of 2018 in Crl.Appeal No.5 of 2018 in so far as directing the petitioners to appear before the Trial Court on the 1st Working Day of every month. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHISHRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN Special Public Prosecutor For CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this court in Crl.M.P.No.29 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2018 dated 05.01.2018 in so far as directing the petitioners to appear before the trial Court on the 1st working day of every month.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI has submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
4. Taking into consideration that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.29 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2018 dated 05.01.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
