The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed challenging 1/4

When the matter is taken up, Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice on behalf of respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025 seeking permission to conduct one day hunger strike has been rejected by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10/Mike/G2PS/2025, dated 30.11.2025 since the place where the petitioner has sought to conduct the hunger strike is a congested place. However, he would submit that there are certain designated places and if the petitioner gives a fresh representation to conduct the one day hunger strike in one of the designated places, it will be duly considered by the second respondent subject to conditions and appropriate orders will be passed. 3.
