2.As per the report of the Superintendent of Prisons (i/c), Special Prison for Women, Coimbatore, dated 19.06.2023, in which it is stated as follows:

She was Released on Expiry of sentence on 17.06.2023 under remission rules as she have 461 days Remission on 17.06.2023.

3.Recording the same, the above Criminal Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
