(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The Tamil Nadu Retired Village Administrative Officers Welfare Association is the applicant. The claim of the Association is to count the parttime services rendered by the applicant/Association in the post of Village karnam/Village Munsifs/Village Trained Officers for the purpose of pensionary benefits.
As per Rule 11(2) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978, parttime services rendered by the employees cannot be reckoned for the purpose of qualifying service. Therefore, the applicant/Association has not established any error apparent on record warranting interference. Page No.2 of 4
