Mr.David Sundar Singh, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025 and to disburse (a) Encashment of Earned Leave (b) Encashment of un-earned leave on private affairs (c) General Provident Fund Settlement (d) Special Provident Fund (e) Family Benefits fund (f) Special Provident Fund Scheme 2000.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 31.10.2025 to the respondent seeking to grant Encashment of Earned Leave; Encashment of un-earned leave on private affairs; General Provident Fund Settlement; Special Provident Fund; Family Benefit fund; and Special Provident Fund Scheme 2000, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider 2/4
the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
