The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the I Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5804 of 2022 expeditiously.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking recovery of possession against the respondent.

3. A perusal of the E-court status filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the issues in the suit were framed as early as 24.09.2024 and recording of evidence commenced as early as 05.04.2025.

4. Taking into consideration the suit has been at the stage of part-heard from 05.04.2025, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the I Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5804 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
