3. It is submitted that the petitioner has also simultaneously filed a civil suit before the Commercial Court, where the petitioner has been unable to obtain any injunction. The admitted position is that the algorithm, over which the petitioner claims rights, is not registered in the petitioner's name, but is claimed to be covered under an agreement between the petitioner and the respondents.
