ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, based on their representation dated 06.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners had submitted a representation on 06.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent, if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners' property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as the respondent deems fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if the respondent deems __________Page 2 of 4

fit to enquire.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners' property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
