The parties have appeared in person and the second respondent appeared through Video Conference and their respective learned counsel are also present. 2. All the parties are agreeable to the Appeal Suit being disposed of in terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 22.09.2025. I also verified with the parties and they have expressed that the settlement has been reached, out of their own volition and without any coercion or compulsion.

In the light of the above, I am inclined to record the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.09.2025 and the Appeal Suit shall be disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.09.2025 and the same shall form part and parcel of the decree.
