JUDGEMENT Challenging the order and decree dated 19.09.2014 in EIOP No.56 of 2002 passed by the learned Judge, Principal Labour Court, (Employees Insurance Court), Chennai, the appellant has preferred the present appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that, during the pendency of this appeal, the Company itself has been wound up and official liquidator was appointed. Hence, he reported no instructions.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
