When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in R.C.No.283/DC-PLK/COP/Visit/2025 and the same was closed as the dispute was civil in nature.
