Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the Respondent culminating in the Order of Provisional Attachment of Immovable Property dated 19.09.2025 bearing F.No.ECIR/ CEZO-I/61/2021 and quash the same and consequently raise the attachment in respect of the Property of the Petitioner bearing No.16, New Door No.10, Old Door No.16/2, Verghese Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 600 083.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though various grounds have been raised in the petition, in the absence of any ground relating to absence of jurisdiction on the part of the authority in provisionally attaching the property, we are not inclined to examine any of those grounds, because, all these aspects shall be taken into consideration by the adjudicating authority, where, petitioner will have an opportunity to submit her objections, including all those grounds which have been taken by her in this petition.

2. With liberty, petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are also dismissed.
