Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal APPEAL No.699 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of the appellant in connection with S.C.No.44 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Sessions Court, Fast Track Mahila Judge, Vellore, Vellore District dated 19.06.2018 pending disposal of the main CRL.A.NO.699/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.699 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
