Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to totally relax the condition imposed petitioner appear Trial Court once in a month I working day 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.662 of 211, dt.19.10.2011.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.X.ZAVIR FELIX, Advocate for the petitioner ( IN ALL THE PETITIONS) and of MR. K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent ( IN ALL THE PETITIONS) the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.662 of 2011 dated 19.10.2011 against the S.C.No.1 of 2008 directing the petitioners to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that

the petitioners have been duly complying with the condition and in respect of some of the co accused this Court had relaxed the condition in toto.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that the condition in respect of similarly placed appellants have been relaxed, however the submission regarding due compliance of condition by the petitioners in subject to verification.

4. Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 in Crl.A.No.662 of 2011 dated 19.10.2011 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall furnish the present residential address to the trial court as well as to the respondent and if there is any change of address shall duly intimate it to the respondent.
