PARTHIBAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13787 of 2018 IN CRL RC.1177/2018 M.LOGANATHAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs SELVARANI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.1177/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings of order dated 21.03.2018 in F.C.M.C.No.20 of 2016 passed by the Learned Family Judge of Vellore pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case NO.1177/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.1177/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KANMANI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018, granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the arrears of the interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,500/- per month and continue to pay a sum of Rs.5,500/- to the respondent as maintenance, on or before 5th day of every English Calendar month, failing which, the order of interim stay granted by this Court, shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court.

2. Subsequently, this Court vide order dated 02.11.2018, has extended the time for depositing the above said amount to the credit of F.C.M.C.No.20 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District on or before 16.11.2018 and posted the case on 19.11.2018, under the caption "for reporting compliance".

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would inform that the condition imposed in the earlier order dated 02.11.2018, has been complied with by the petitioner and to that effect, a memo has been filed by the petitioner before the Learned Family Court Judge, Vellore on 08.11.2018.

4. The memo of compliance dated 08.11.2018, filed by the petitioner, is hereby taken on record. Post the matter for hearing in the usual course.
