This petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though this Court, vide order dated 24.08.2021 had disposed of the Criminal Revision Petition, however, it appears that inadvertently some typographical error has been crept in paragraph nos.1 and 7 of the said order. Therefore, he prays that necessary correction be carried out in the said order and fresh order copy be issued.

3. In such a scenario, this Court is of the considered opinion that paragraphs 1 and 7 of the said order requires to be replaced with the following :-

1. This Criminal Revision is filed against the order passed by the learned IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, in M.C.No.96 of 2009, dated 18.05.2018.

7. Considering the cost of living prevailing as on date, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month to each of the respondents towards maintenance regularly, till the attainment of majority of the respondents 2 and 3. Considering the age of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to interfere with the enhancement of increase of Rs.400/- per annum each to the respondents and the same is alone set aside.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is clarified accordingly. 14.07.2022 sk Note:Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections and re-issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
