ORDER

It is seen from records that the charge memo dated 19.11.2024 has been issued and the same has been questioned on the ground that once again there is no list of witnesses mentioned in the charge memo and therefore the directions issued by this Court to proceed further in accordance with law have been violated by the respondent.

2.In the considered view of this Court, the charge memo has been independently questioned by the petitioner. The issue that has been raised cannot be dealt with in a contempt petition. Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in accordance with law. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. Accordingly, the sub application is also closed.
