"In-line with the orders passed by the Hon'ble Madras High Court in writ petition WP.no.7183 of 2025, Thiru.S.Paramasivan is regularised in the cadre of Office Assistant with effect from 01.09.2010, subject to the outcome of Writ Appeal in WA.(SR).No.34537 of 2026, filed by the University.

2. Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed.

3. The contemnor is present before this Court. His presence is dispensed with.
