ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 3280 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to conduct enquriy on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted the enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature and directed the petitioner to approach the civil court for appropriate relief. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
