This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for her wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2025 made in W.P.No.34068/2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in the Special Leave Petition filed challenging the order passed in the writ appeal which confirms the order passed in the writ petition, an order of stay has been granted.

3. In view of the order of stay granted in the SLP, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
