ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.7.2025 passed in W.P.No.24995 of 2025, wherein, this court had directed the second respondent therein or any authority as may be entrusted by

the second respondent to complete the enquiry and take action one way or the other within an outer limit of four months.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a Status Report, which clearly states that enquiry was completed and the report was submitted on 05.06.2026 wherein they have not found any encroachment or illegal occupation in Survey No.82, Pulipakkam Village, Chingleput Taluk, Chingleput District. Even, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chingleput, in his report dated 5.6.2026, has certified that there is no illegal occupation.
